The area around Prinos has been a popular destination for tourists for decades. Hotels, apartments and rooms to let, restaurants, taverns, super markets, entertainment possibilities, cultural events, leisure time activities etc. are available in this part of the island. Prinos lies between the south-western and the north-eastern side of Thassos, where some of the best beaches of the island are hosted. Prinos is a lively village throughout the whole year.
